"Devin and Easton Flooring did a fantastic job installing our LVP flooring. They were very professional and really went above and beyond to meet our needs and to produce what we felt was really a work of art. Devin was also great to work with."

Modern vinyl flooring adds incredible durability and high-end style to your home. In Central Oregon, our active lifestyles, furry friends, and snowy winters demand floors that can handle the elements.
At Easton Flooring, we help you select high-quality vinyl products and install them with meticulous craftsmanship built to last.
100% Waterproof: Perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and basements
Pet & Kid Friendly: Highly resistant to scratches, dents, and heavy foot traffic
Realistic Aesthetics: Advanced printing technologies mimic natural wood grain and stone textures

What it is: LVP is designed to mimic the look of natural hardwood floors. It comes in long, rectangular planks featuring embossed textures that match the wood grain patterns printed on the decorative layer.
Ideal for Bend: LVP offers the timeless warmth of wood without the maintenance or moisture concerns of solid hardwood. It handles snowmelt from boots and spills from pets without warping or cupping.
Best for: Anywhere in the house, particularly open-concept living spaces, kitchens, and basements.
Aesthetic: Available in wide planks, modern light oaks, rustic hickories, and everything in between.

What it is: Instead of wood planks, LVT mimics natural stone, ceramic, or porcelain tile. It comes in square or rectangular tile formats and often includes textured surfaces that feel like real slate or marble.
Ideal for Bend: Real stone and ceramic tile can feel freezing cold during Central Oregon winters and require grout sealing. LVT is significantly warmer underfoot, softer to stand on, and can even be installed with specialized acrylic grout for an ultra-realistic look without the maintenance headache.
Best for: Bathrooms, laundry rooms, entryways, and kitchens.
Aesthetic: Sleek marble looks, natural slate, concrete aesthetics, and travertine.
While no longer the primary choice for modern remodels, Sheet Vinyl deserves a brief mention. It comes in large, continuous rolls rather than individual planks or tiles. Because it has virtually no seams, it offers incredible moisture protection. Though it lacks the thick, rigid core and realistic texture of luxury LVP and LVT, it remains a budget-friendly option for utility spaces.

Even though luxury vinyl is waterproof, it still needs time to adapt to your home's temperature. We deliver your materials in advance to acclimate to your indoor climate. We also test your subfloor for excessive moisture emissions, applying proper vapor barriers when installing over concrete slabs.
2
LVP and LVT are built to last, but they perform best over a properly leveled subfloor. Additionally, because luxury vinyl is thinner than hardwood, any bumps, dips, or debris can become visible through the floor and can cause the locking mechanisms to fail over time. We sand/plane down high spots (or use a leveling compound for low spots) and make sure your subfloor is flat before laying a single plank.
3
We obsess over the details. We carefully make sure your new floor will fit under any existing trim, we stagger seams for maximum structural integrity/visual appeal and we never take shortcuts. We stand proudly behind our work so your waterproof floor endures for years.

Easton Flooring provides a truly hassle-free, full-service experience for Bend homeowners. You won't have to hire a moving company, a plumber, or a demolition crew. Our team handles the heavy furniture moving, tears out and hauls away your old flooring, properly removes and resets your baseboards, and uses advanced dust-extraction tools to keep your home clean while we work.
